With over 15 years’ experience in corporate philanthropy, social impact and communications, Steven helps businesses design and deliver community programs that create measurable and meaningful change.

He specialises in aligning community investment with strategic business goals while meeting the evolving needs of communities.

Steven has led award-winning programs for organisations including Bendigo Bank, Community Sector Banking, and Australia Post, earning industry recognition such as a 2024 Workplace Giving Award.

He also developed Penfolds’ first global community and sustainability platform, the Evermore Program, delivering initiatives across Australia, China, France, and the USA. This work earned international Just Drinks Social Awards in 2024 and 2025.

Steven has also guided Treasury Wine Estates and Bendigo Bank in shaping their community investment approach, including both organisations inaugural Reconciliation Action Plans and Pride Committees.

Currently, Steven serves as a founding Board Director of the Southside Community Foundation, where he led the development of the foundation’s first communications strategy.

He also brings deep experience in creating social impact frameworks and reporting for major corporate partnerships with organisations such as Beyond Blue, Australian Red Cross, Indigenous Literacy Foundation, and World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
